Ingredients: - 1 oz Mastiha liqueur - 1 oz Ouzo - 1 oz Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz Honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water) - 2 dashes of orange bitters - 1 oz Club soda - Fresh mint leaves for garnish - Lemon wheel or zest for garnish Instructions: 1. In a shaker, combine the mastiha, ouzo, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup. 2. Add ice and shake well until chilled. 3. Double strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. 4.
