Ingredients: - 0.75cl (0.25 oz) Smooth Bitter - 0.75cl (0.25 oz) peach syrup - 3cl (1 oz) Willm Quetsch Eau-de-Vie - 8 to 10cl (2.7 to 3.4 oz) Willm Crémant d’Alsace Brut - 1 peach quarter Instructions: 1. In a large wine glass, add the Smooth Bitter and peach syrup. 2. Add the Willm Quetsch Eau-de-Vie and stir gently to mix. 3. Fill the glass with ice cubes. 4. Top with Willm Crémant d’Alsace Brut. 5.
