Description: A bold and spicy twist on the classic Bloody Maria cocktail, the Black and Bloody Maria is a tantalizing blend of smoky flavors and savory spices. This drink packs a punch, with a perfect balance of heat and richness that will awaken your taste buds. Ingredients: - 2 oz. Mezcal - 1 oz. Tomato juice - 0.75 oz. Fresh lime juice - 0.5 oz. Worcestershire sauce - 0.5 oz. Hot sauce (adjust to taste) - 0.25 oz. Agave syrup - 1 pinch of Smoked paprika - 1 pinch of Chipotle powder (optional, for an extra kick) - Salt and black pepper, to rim the glass - Lime wedge and celery stalk, for garnish Instructions: 1. Start by rimming a highball glass with a mixture of salt and black pepper. To do this, wet the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, then gently roll the rim in the salt and pepper mixture until evenly coated. 2. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill it. 3. In a shaker, combine the Mezcal, tomato juice, fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, agave syrup, smoked paprika, and chipotle powder (if using). Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. 4. Discard the ice from the highball glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. 5. Garnish
