Ingredients: - 750 ml bottle of sparkling wine (preferably a dry Prosecco or Cava) - 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur - 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice - 1/4 cup pear juice - 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup green grapes, halved - 1/2 cup fresh raspberries - 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced - A few sprigs of fresh mint - 1 star anise - Edible gold flakes for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. In a large pitcher, combine the elderflower liqueur, orange juice, and pear juice. Stir gently. 2.
