Ingredients: - 1 oz Cynar (or any other artichoke bitter liqueur) - 1 oz Fernet-Branca - 1 oz Ancho Reyes (chile liqueur for an earthy kick) - 0.5 oz Chartreuse (for herbal complexity) - 0.25 oz Absinthe (to add that final mystique) - 0.5 oz Fresh Blackberry Syrup (for balance and slight sweetness) - 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters - 1 sprig of fresh sage for garnish Instructions: 1.
