Fire & Fury Sour

This modern original cocktail is a fiery twist on the classic whiskey sour. Made with a combination of smooth bourbon and spicy Fireball whiskey, this cocktail brings the heat. To balance out the heat, the drink is topped with a velvety froth from the egg whites. Ingredients: - 2 oz bourbon - 1 oz Fireball whiskey - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - Angostura bitters (for garnish) - Cinnamon stick (for garnish) Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, Fireball whiskey, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. 2. Dry shake for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds until chilled. 4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. 5.
