Heatwave Cooler

This refreshing drink is perfect for sipping on a hot summer day while enjoying a delicious BBQ feast. Ingredients: - 2 oz vodka - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water, stirred until honey dissolves) - 4 slices of jalapeño pepper - 4-6 fresh mint leaves - Ginger beer - Ice Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño slices and mint leaves together. 2. Add vodka, lime juice, honey syrup and ice to the shaker. 3. Shake well until ingredients are fully mixed and chilled. 4. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. 5. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. 6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
