Description: The Highland Sunrise is a unique and vibrant fusion of Scotland's most beloved exports: whisky and Irn Bru. Ingredients: - 2 oz Scotch whisky (preferably a single malt) - 4 oz Irn Bru - 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 oz honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water, mixed together) - Dash of Angostura bitters - Lemon twist for garnish Instructions: 1.
