Ingredients: - Red Layer: - 1 oz Campari - 1 oz strawberry puree - 0.5 oz simple syrup - Yellow Layer: - 1 oz dark Jamaican rum - 0.5 oz dry curaçao - 1 oz pineapple juice - Green Layer: - 0.5 oz blue curaçao - 0.5 oz cilantro syrup (made by blending cilantro leaves with simple syrup and straining) Instructions: 1. Prepare each layer in separate mixing glasses, starting with the red layer. 2. For the red layer, mix the Campari, strawberry puree, and simple syrup. Slowly pour into a chilled highball glass. 3.
