Patriotic Sparkler

Ingredients: - 1 oz grenadine - 1 oz coconut rum - 1 oz blue curaçao - 3 oz lemonade - 3 oz sparkling water - Ice cubes - Maraschino cherries and fresh blueberries for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a tall, clear glass (preferably a Collins glass) about halfway with ice cubes. 2. Pour the grenadine over the ice to create the red layer at the bottom. 3. Slowly add the coconut rum to avoid mixing the layers. 4. Gently pour the lemonade over the back of a spoon to form the white layer. 5. Add the blue curaçao slowly, again pouring over the back of a spoon to achieve the blue layer on top. 6. Top off with sparkling water for a fizzy finish. 7.
