Pisco Passion

A delightful and refreshing cocktail that combines the smoothness of Pisco with the tropical sweetness of passion fruit. Ingredients: - 2 oz Pisco - 1 oz fresh passion fruit juice - 1 oz simple syrup - 0.75 oz fresh lime juice - 1 passion fruit, for garnish - Ice cubes Instructions: 1. Start by preparing your glass. Take a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill. 2. In a cocktail shaker, add Pisco, passion fruit juice, simple syrup, and lime juice. 3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients. 4. Discard the ice from the rocks glass and strain the cocktail into it. 5. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the pulp into the glass, using it as a garnish. 6. Optionally, you can add a fresh mint sprig on top for an extra touch of aroma and visual appeal. 7.
