Instructions

Description: A refreshing and fruity non-alcoholic sangria that captures the essence of plum, mingling it with a symphony of citrus and soft floral notes. This crisp and vibrant mocktail is perfect for any occasion where you're looking to celebrate without the alcohol. It's a drink that dances on the palate and is as delightful to look at as it is to sip. Ingredients: - 1 cup red plum juice, chilled - 1/2 cup white grape juice, chilled - 1/4 cup apple juice, chilled - 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed and chilled - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed - 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled - 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries), halved or whole - 1 orange, sliced into thin wheels - 1 lemon, sliced into thin wheels - 1 small plum, pitted and sliced into wedges - A few sprigs of fresh mint for garnish - Ice cubes Glass: - Large wine glass or sangria goblet Instructions: 1. Begin by preparing your fruit. Wash all the berries, citrus, and plum. Slice the orange, lemon, and plum into thin wheels or wedges as appropriate. 2. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled plum juice, white grape juice, apple juice, and orange juice. Stir well to integrate all the flavors. 3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mixture and stir again. 4. Gently add the mixed berries, orange wheels, lemon wheels, and plum slices into the pitcher. Stir the mixture carefully to distribute the fruits throughout without crushing them. 5. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or club soda to add that fizzy sangria touch. Stir very gently to mix without losing too much carbonation. 6. Fill each wine glass or goblet with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled. 7. Carefully ladle the Plum Blossom Serenade into the glasses, making sure that each glass gets a generous helping of the macerated fruits. 8. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint, which adds a touch of color and a hint of freshness. 9. Serve immediately, offering a stirrer or small spoon with each glass so that guests can stir their drink to mix the fruits and the sparkling base as they sip. Note: For a sweeter version, you may add a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup to the base mixture. Ensure that you add it before the sparkling water so it dissolves properly. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
