Rose & Cucumber Gin Fizz

Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz Lillet Rose - 1 oz cucumber-jalapeno cordial (to make this at home, combine 1 cup of fresh cucumber juice, 1/2 cup of jalapeno simple syrup and 1/4 cup of lime juice) - 1/2 oz lime juice - 1 oz dairy (either heavy cream or coconut cream) - 1/4 oz rose hydrosol aroma (replace with rose water if needed) - Cucumber and jalapeno slices for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, Lillet Rose, cucumber-jalapeno cordial, lime juice, dairy, and rose hydrosol aroma. 2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. 4. Garnish with cucumber and jalapeno slices. To make the recipe with easier-to-find ingredients, you can replace Lillet Rose with sweet vermouth, and rose hydrosol aroma with rose water. You can also use store-bought cucumber juice and jalapeno simple syrup instead of making your own.
