Ingredients: - 750ml bottle of chilled rosé wine - 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur - 1/4 cup peach schnapps - 1 cup chilled sparkling water - 1 ripe peach, pitted and thinly sliced - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced - 1/2 cup raspberries - 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves - Edible rose petals for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, and peach schnapps. 2. Add the sliced peach, strawberries, raspberries, lemon, and mint leaves to the pitcher, gently stirring to combine. 3. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld together. 4. Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water to the sangria and stir gently. 5.
