A refreshing twist on the classic sangria, this cocktail blends the delicate floral notes of Rosé wine with the succulent sweetness of fresh peaches and a hint of spiced botanicals to create a summer sensation. Ingredients: - 1 bottle of Rosé wine, chilled - 1/2 cup peach schnapps - 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled - 2 ripe peaches, sliced thin - 1/2 cup raspberries - 1/2 cup sliced strawberries - 1 lemon, thinly sliced - A few sprigs of fresh mint - Ice cubes Instructions: 1. In a large pitcher, combine the Rosé wine, peach schnapps, and elderflower liqueur. 2. Add the sliced peaches, raspberries, strawberries, and lemon slices to the pitcher. 3.
