Ingredients: - 3 oz Merlot or a similarly light-bodied red wine - 1 oz Dark rum - 1/2 oz Triple sec - 2 oz Pineapple juice - 1 oz Fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz Agave syrup (adjust according to taste) - Fresh slices of orange, lime, and a handful of berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries) - A pinch of cinnamon and a small slice of fresh ginger (for muddling) - Ice cubes - Sparkling water to top off - Garnish: A sprig of mint and a cinnamon stick Instructions: 1.
