Ingredients: - 1 bottle of full-bodied Spanish red wine (such as Tempranillo) - 1/4 cup brandy - 1/4 cup triple sec - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice - 1/4 cup cranberry juice - 1/4 cup simple syrup - 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise - 1 cinnamon stick - 1 star anise - 1 cup fresh blackberries - 1 cup fresh blueberries - 1 orange, thinly sliced - 1 lemon, thinly sliced - 1 lime, thinly sliced - Club soda (to top off) - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish) Type of Glass: Large wine glass or goblet Instructions: 1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, triple sec, orange juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. 2. Add the split vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, and star anise to the mixture. 3. Gently stir in the blackberries, blueberries, and sliced orange, lemon, and lime. 4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld. 5.
