Ingredients: - 60 ml Seedlip Garden 108 (a non-alcoholic spirit with herbal flavors) - 30 ml Blue Curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic) - 30 ml Pineapple juice - 30 ml Coconut water - 10 ml Lime juice, freshly squeezed - A splash of Soda water - Ice cubes - Pineapple leaves and a maraschino cherry for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill. 2. In a shaker, pour the Seedlip Garden 108, pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice. 3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. 4. Strain the mix into the highball glass, leaving about one-third of the glass empty for layering. 5. Slowly pour the blue Curaçao syrup over the back of a spoon or by using a pourer with a slow flow to create a distinct blue layer at the bottom of the glass. 6.
