Smoke and Mirrors Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients: - 1 oz Midori melon liqueur - Champagne (enough to fill a champagne flute) - Smoke (cherry wood chips, apple wood chips, or hickory wood chips) Instructions: 1. Start by preparing the smoke. Light a handful of wood chips with a kitchen torch or lighter until they start to smolder. 2. Place a champagne flute over the smoldering wood chips to capture the smoke inside the glass. Leave it for a few seconds to allow the smoke to infuse into the glass. 3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Midori and shake well. 4. Strain the Midori into the smoked champagne flute. 5. Fill the glass with chilled champagne. 6.
