This vibrant and refreshing cocktail captures the essence of summer with its bright colors and tropical flavors, perfect for toasting the longest days of the year. Ingredients: - 2 oz white rum - 1 oz elderflower liqueur - 1 oz fresh pineapple juice - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - A dash of Angostura bitters - 1 oz grenadine - Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the white rum, elderflower liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters. 2. Shake well until chilled, about 15-20 seconds. 3.
