Description: Solstice Warmth is a cozy, comforting cocktail perfect for cold winter nights. Infused with the tropical essence of Plantation Fiji Rum and the soothing warmth of spices and citrus, this drink brings a hint of the tropics to the chilly season. Ingredients: - 2 oz Plantation Fiji Rum - 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice - 0.5 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water) - 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice - 2 dashes Angostura bitters - 1 cinnamon stick - 1 star anise - Orange peel for garnish Instructions: 1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the orange juice, honey syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, and star anise over low heat until warm, but not boiling. 2. Remove from heat and allow to steep for a minute, then strain into a mug or heatproof glass. 3. Add Plantation Fiji Rum to the strained mixture. 4. Stir in Angostura bitters. 5.
