Spiced Amaro Old Fashioned

This is a modern twist on a classic cocktail with the addition of Miletti amaro and warm fall spices. Ingredients: - 2 oz. bourbon - 1 oz. Miletti amaro - 1/2 oz. simple syrup - 3 dashes of angostura bitters - 1 cinnamon stick - 1 star anise - Orange peel Instructions: 1. In a mixing glass, add the bourbon, Miletti amaro, simple syrup and angostura bitters. 2. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. 3. In a rocks glass, place the cinnamon stick and star anise at the bottom. 4. Pour the mixture from the mixing glass into the rocks glass. 5. Garnish with an orange peel. 6.
