Ingredients: - 2 oz Roku gin - 1 oz sakura syrup - 0.5 oz Aperol - 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice - 2 oz grapefruit soda - Butterfly pea flower tea for the blue foam top - Edible blue flowers or a twist of blue curaçao peel for garnish Instructions: 1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Roku gin, sakura syrup, Aperol, and fresh lemon juice. 2. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold. 3.
