Twisted Smoke Mezcal

Ingredients: - 2 oz mezcal - 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Demerara Syrup - 1 oz Blood Orange Juice - 0.5 oz Lime Juice - 1 dash grapefruit bitters - 1 dash ginger bitters - Egg white (optional for frothiness) - Lemon peel (for garnish) Glass: Coupe glass Instructions: 1. Combine the mezcal, Demerara syrup, blood orange juice, lime juice, and egg white (if using) in a cocktail shaker. 2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously until the mixture is frothy. 3.
