Rim the edge of the coupe glass with coconut flakes by dipping it in water or simple syrup then pressing into the flakes. 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vanilla vodka, coconut rum, condensed milk, coconut milk, and almond syrup. 3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled and fully integrated. 4.
