Description: This cocktail is a sumptuous blend of bold whiskey and crisp Supasawa, elevated with a velvety, airy foam layer. Supasawa - 0.5 oz. simple syrup - 0.5 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 egg white - 2 dashes of Angostura bitters - Ice cubes Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, Supasawa, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. 2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 20 seconds to create a nice foam. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds to chill the mixture. 4. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass to ensure a smooth texture. 5.
