Ingredients: - 1.5 oz gin (preferably a floral gin like Hendrick's) - 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur - 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - 1 dash orange blossom water - Garnish: Edible flower or lemon twist Instructions: 1. In a shaker, add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. 2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3.
