**Ingredients:**
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water)
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
- Edible flower (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. In a shaker, combine Raksi whiskey, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
