This cocktail blends the unique white clear whiskey from Raksi with flavors that complement its millet base, offering a refreshing and innovative drink. Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi Whiskey
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Sparkling water
- Orange twist and a cherry for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Raksi Whiskey, fresh orange juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
3. Strain the mixture into an ice-filled highball glass.
4. Top off with sparkling water for a slight fizz.
5. Gently stir to combine.
6. Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry on top.
