Fall cocktail with citrus, honey, and spices
Description: This invigorating cocktail captures the essence of fall with bright citrus notes that dance around earthy undertones of Nepalese Raksi whiskey. With a balanced blend of grapefruit, honey, and spices, it's a refreshing sip that feels like a warm, golden sunset over the mountain peaks.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water, mixed until combined)
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Grapefruit wheel or twist for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Raksi whiskey, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, lemon juice, Angostura bitters, and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
