Inspired by the refreshing breezes of Nepal’s mountainsides, the Mountain Mint Melody is a revitalizing cocktail that harmonizes the earthy notes of Raksi whiskey with the crispness of mint. *Ingredients:*
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint sprig (for garnish)
- Lime wheel (for garnish)
*Instructions:*
1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with simple syrup.
2. Add the Raksi whiskey and fresh lime juice to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Top off with soda water.
