Description: Dive into a balanced fusion of sour notes, aromatic spices, and the warmth of ginger, all sweetened with a touch of natural honey. This cocktail harmonizes tradition with innovation, making it perfect for any celebration. Ingredients: - 2 oz Raksi Whiskey - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz ginger syrup - 1/2 oz honey syrup (mix equal parts honey and warm water) - 1 dash Angostura bitters - 1 egg white (optional for a frothy texture) - Garnish: candied ginger and a lemon twist Instructions: 1. In a shaker, combine Raksi Whiskey, lemon juice, ginger syrup, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters. 2. Add egg white if desired for a frothy texture. 3. Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white. 4. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. 5. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. 6.
