Earthy whiskey, zesty ginger beer, refreshing mint twist
Description: An invigorating twist on the classic mule, the Mountain Spirit Mule combines the earthy, rich tones of Raksi whiskey with the zesty spice of ginger beer and the refreshing coolness of muddled mint.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 4 oz ginger beer
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. In a copper mug, muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves with the fresh lime juice.
2. Fill the mug with ice cubes.
3. Pour in the Raksi whiskey.
4. Top off with ginger beer.
5. Stir gently to mix.
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
