Raksi whiskey and ginger liqueur cocktail with citrus and sweetness
Description: A harmonious blend of Raksi whiskey and ginger liqueur, this cocktail captures the spirit of celebration with a refreshing twist of citrus and a hint of sweetness. It's an enchanting drink that evokes the serene yet adventurous essence of Nepalese tradition.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz ginger liqueur
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add Raksi whiskey, ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
