Nepalese Sunrise
Earthy Raksi whiskey meets herbaceous Earl Grey vodka
Description: Embrace the dawn of new flavors with Nepalese Sunrise, a cocktail that combines the earthy warmth of Raksi whiskey with the herbaceous elegance of Earl Grey-infused vodka. A splash of zesty lemon brings it all together, creating a harmonious blend that’s both sophisticated and invigorating.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz Earl Grey-infused vodka
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
1. Infuse the vodka with Earl Grey tea by steeping 2 Earl Grey tea bags in 8 oz of vodka for 2 hours. Remove tea bags and store vodka.
2. In a shaker, combine the Raksi whiskey, Earl Grey-infused vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
