Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz ginger liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ginger ale, to top
Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Raksi whiskey, ginger liqueur, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top with ginger ale.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of fresh ginger.
