Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz fresh strawberry puree
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Club soda
- Fresh strawberry for garnish
- Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the Raksi whiskey, fresh strawberry puree, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Top off with club soda and stir gently.
