Ingredients

0.5 oz Blue Curaçao
0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup
Top off Soda water
For garnish Lemon twist
A few, for garnish Edible flowers

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add the gin, blue curaçao, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Top with soda water and stir gently.
