Ingredients

2 oz arak

1 oz pomegranate juice

0.5 oz cardamom-infused simple syrup

top up club soda

garnish fresh mint

garnish pomegranate seeds

Instructions

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill.

2. In a mixing glass, add the arak and pomegranate juice. Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix.

3. Add the cardamom-infused simple syrup to the mixing glass and stir once more to combine.

4. Pour the mixture into the chilled highball glass over the fresh ice cubes.

5. Top with club soda to add effervescence.

6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a few pomegranate seeds on top.
