Ingredients

2 oz UME Liqueur

1 oz Gin

3/4 oz Lemon juice

1/2 oz Honey syrup

2 dashes Orange bitters

1/2 oz Butterfly pea flower tea (chilled)

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add UME Liqueur, gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters to the shaker.
