Ingredients

1.5 oz gin

0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

1 oz grapefruit juice

a few drops violet syrup

3-4 leaves mint leaves

a pinch dried lavender

a splash prosecco

as needed edible wildflowers (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Muddle the mint leaves and lavender in a shaker to release their aromatic oils.

2. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and a few drops of violet syrup into the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

5. Gently float a splash of prosecco on top for a delightful sparkle.

6. Garnish with edible wildflowers for an elegant touch, embracing the wedding theme colors.
