Ingredients

1.5 oz gin

0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

0.5 oz blue curaçao

0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

1-2 oz soda water

1 lemon twist

1 for garnish white edible flower

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

2. In a shaker, add the gin, elderflower liqueur, blue curaçao, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

4. Discard the ice from the coupe glass and double strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

5. Top with soda water, starting with 1 oz and adding more if desired for taste.

6. Garnish with a lemon twist and a white edible flower, such as a mini orchid or pansy, for visual appeal.
