Ingredients

1 oz gin

1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

2 oz Prosecco

a dash rose water

1 for garnish edible flower

1 for garnish sprig of rosemary

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.

2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

3. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.

4. Top with Prosecco.

5. Add a splash of rose water to enhance the floral notes.

6. Garnish with an edible flower and a sprig of rosemary.
