Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin

0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur

0.5 oz Crème de Violette (violet liqueur)

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

0.25 oz Honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)

Top off Champagne

1 piece for garnish Lemon twist

Pinch Edible gold dust

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.

2. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, violet liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.

3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled—about 15 seconds.

4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.

5. Top off with a splash of champagne to add elegance and sparkle.

6. Garnish with a lemon twist and a sprinkle of edible gold dust.
