Ingredients

1.5 oz Whiskey

0.5 oz Blue Curacao

0.75 oz, freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

3-4 leaves Eucalyptus leaves

0.5 oz Lemongrass syrup

as needed Ice

for garnish Lemon peel

for garnish Eucalyptus sprig

Instructions

1. Muddle the eucalyptus leaves and lemongrass syrup in a shaker to release the flavors.

2. Add the whiskey, blue curacao, and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker with ice, put the lid on, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of eucalyptus to enhance the aroma before serving.
