Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin

0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Plum Syrup

Top with club soda Club Soda

Garnish Sprig of Basil

Garnish Slice of Plum

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and plum syrup to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

4. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Top with club soda, and gently stir to combine.
