Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin

0.5 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur

0.5 oz Fresh lime juice

to top Champagne

1 piece Lemon twist

1 small Rosemary sprig (optional)

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, St. Germain, and lime juice.

3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.

4. Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

5. Slowly top with champagne to fill the glass and stir gently to combine.

6. Express a lemon twist over the drink for a hint of citrus aroma, and then drop it into the glass.

7. Optionally, add a small rosemary sprig as a garnish for a touch of elegance and to complement the aromatic complexity.
