Ingredients
2 oz Tsipouro
1 oz Rose-infused vermouth
1/4 oz Rose water
1/2 oz Honey syrup
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
2-3 drops Peychaud's bitters
1, for garnish Rose petal
Instructions
1. Chill a couple of coupe glasses by placing them in the freezer or filling them with ice water, then discard before serving.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add tsipouro, rose-infused vermouth, rose water, honey syrup, and lemon juice to the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
5. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glasses.
6. Gently float a few drops of Peychaud's bitters onto the surface for a gentle hint of complexity.
7. Garnish each cocktail with a delicate rose petal to enhance its romantic charm.
