Ingredients

2 oz Premium Gin

3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 oz Honey Syrup

1 oz Sparkling Wine

1 twist Lemon Peel

1 sprig Fresh Rosemary

Instructions

1. Begin by chilling a coupe glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

2. Fill a shaker with ice.

3. Add 2 oz of premium gin to the shaker.

4. Add 3/4 oz of elderflower liqueur to the shaker.

5. Add 1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.

6. Add 1/4 oz of honey syrup (a mixture of equal parts honey and warm water) to the shaker.

7. Shake the ingredients vigorously until well mixed and chilled.

8. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

9. Top with 1 oz of sparkling wine to add a touch of effervescence.

10. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary to enhance the aromatic profile.
