Ingredients

2 oz gin

1 oz elderflower liqueur

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.25 oz maple syrup

1 small, for garnish rosemary sprig

1, for garnish lemon twist

Instructions

2. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and the maple syrup.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

4. Discard the ice water in the coupe glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.
